因廣告角色「小敏」而迅速走紅的吳心緹,隨後接連擔任多部偶像劇的女主角,人氣持續攀升。在體育實境節目《全明星運動會》中,她的亮眼表現更是讓人刮目相看。此次相隔兩年,她攜手知名文青攝影師鄭弘敬,推出全新力作《Holiday:吳心緹の寫真集》,出版的兩個版本雙雙於預購期間便登上博客來網路書店即時排行榜。在法雅客信義店舉辦簽書會,吸引眾多粉絲湧入擠爆現場。此次新書《Holiday:吳心緹の寫真集》從場景選擇、服裝設計到妝髮、拍攝氛圍,吳心緹全程深度參與,親力親為。書中的照片跳脫寫真書傳統的刻意雕琢,主打日常生活及真實感,想要給粉絲最自然的一面。而拍攝更歷時一年,走遍台灣及日本各地,問及拍攝前是否會做什麼準備,心緹表示會特別飲控,「我們去夜市拍攝我都很努力忍住不吃東西!」讓身為愛吃鬼的她認為是最艱辛的一刻。喔喔軟體除此之外,她在拍攝時曾走在下著大雪的夜晚街上,因為路途遙遠,鞋子直接進雪,導致整隻腳又冰又濕的,但仍然需要維持表情,敬業地完成拍攝工作,雖然過程困難卻印象深刻,那張照片也成為她最喜歡的畫面。
